Time for the annual gathering of kigs to celebrate Christmas near the middle of the UK for a whole 5+ days!

Our luck of summoning snow has ran out, so lets see if we have a bit more luck slightly further north.

The sign-up form contains the rules and terms and conditions that apply to this meetup, which you must agree to as part of signing up.

Accommodation

• 21 Bedrooms, 19 of which with en-suites
• Cinema room with reclining seats and a popcorn machine
• Games room with a bar and a snooker table
• Large kitchen with multiple ovens and dishwashers
• Chappel, perfect for all our demon summoning needs
• Large function room / gym area
• Private Garden with a golf putting green and good views over the local area
• 2 Hot tub and sauna, for use out of kig only

Sign-up Information

To prevent the usual chaos of trying to sign up for the meet, this year we are using a lottery system which you can enter using the following form:

People have until the very end of April to enter the lottery, after which we will draw the lottery and start inviting people, anyone who does not get a spot will go into the waiting list. The form will stay live, so anyone who fills it out after April will join the waiting list. If anyone does not accept their spot at the meet, or wishes to drop out after getting a spot then it will be offered to people on the waiting list.
